We are a small custom shop specializing in Clear Vinyl Replacement (Eisenglass), Repair and Restitch, Flat Cushions, Industrial Hemming, and Custom Work.

Wilsey’s Canvas Shop is located in Quakertown, PA. We are conveniently located off of the PA Turnpike’s Quakertown exit; mere minutes from Routes 309, 313, and 663. We offer sewing services for Clear Vinyl Replacements (Eisenglass), repairs and restitching on existing items (must be off of the frame), and cushion work – new or recover (Flat cushions only). Clear Vinyl Replacements (Eisenglass)

Get brand new clear vinyl installed for your boat windows, enclosures, side and aft curtains, and other needs. Zipper replacements and repairs as needed. Drop off at our shop or mail via UPS/USPS for a quick turn around. Please send a photo for the estimate!

Cushions

We create new, or recover, boat cushions, T-tops, and flat cushions. Replacement board and foam available for your boat, home, and outdoor furniture. New T-tops are made from existing tops as a pattern.

Sewing Services

Our sewing services include residential, industrial, and commercial projects. We handle the restitching of existing items and banner hemming to contract sewing and more. This includes custom dust covers, zipper replacement, and general repairs.

WE DO NOT make mooring or travel covers, cockpit and bow covers, helm and center console covers, pontoon boat covers, new bimini tops, enclosures, or drop curtains.

We DO NOT work on pool covers, Jacuzzi covers, tents, trampolines, awnings, vehicles, jeeps, campers. This includes anything big or dirty.

We have resources for pool cover work including the replacement of canvas for campers.

Fabrics and Supplies: Sunbrella acrylics, Nautolex Capitano vinyl, Patio 500 vinyl, canvas fabrics, Velcro, webbing, grommets, specialty fabrics, boat hardware and poles, vinyl glues, foam (all sizes), zippers, and more.
